Steven Aycock enters his second season as the Golden Bulls' head football coach
Charlotte, NC - The Johnson C. Smith University football team will hold their annual intra-squad Gold and Blue scrimmage on Sunday, April 10th on the Eddie C. McGirt football field inside the Irwin Belk Complex.
Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00pm.
“We're steadily progressing, which is encouraging,” said JCSU head coach
Steven Aycock. “This scrimmage will give us a little more insight on our student-athletes and how they've processed what we've been working on thus far.”
The game will wrap up spring practice for Johnson C. Smith who finished 3-7 overall last season. JCSU will open up the 2010 campaign on Saturday, August 28 against Elizabeth City State University at Roebuck Stadium in Elizabeth City, NC.
