JCSU Men's Tennis Drops Road Match at Brevard
Brevard, N.C. (March 21, 2018) – The Johnson C. Smith University men's tennis team managed just two wins on the day, falling at Brevard by a 7-2 score.
JCSU's
Marlowe Anderson (Charlotte, N.C.) won the only singles match for the Golden Bulls, downing BC's Florian Peyssonneaux 6-1, 6-3 at the No. 6 match.
JCSU also claimed a victory at No. 3 doubles, with
Gerald Miller (New Orleans, La.) and
Anthony Jefferson (Atlanta, Ga.) defeating Peyssonneax and Jaume Reig by an 8-3 score.
The loss drops the Golden Bulls to 2-14 on the season while Brevard improves to 3-10 on the season
