NEW ORLEANS – All Region honors for the 2022 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field season were announced on Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following the conclusion of the regular season. Johnson C. Smith University men's and women's track team members were recognized as top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team.

Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.

Overall, there were nine men's programs and six women's programs that earned 20 or more All-Region honors for their efforts during the 2022 outdoor season.

Conference-wise, the Northeast-10 accumulated the most honors with 181, with the SAC (166), Gulf South Conference (161) and MIAA (158) close behind.
