Three Golden Bulls scored double figures, led by Dorsett with 14 points and three rebounds. Bunch added 12 points, four assists, and four boards; while Dancer contributed with 10 points and three rebounds.

“We had a much stronger showing tonight as a team; if we could take away a few lapses in defensive effort on some possessions it's a different outcome,” said head coach Stephen Joyner, Jr.

JCSU returns to action on Saturday, November 24th against Lenoir-Rhyne University for day two of the Catawba Classic. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. inside Goodman Gymnasium.
