Enthusiasm in Brayboy Gymnasium has been off the charts

Charlotte, NC – The Johnson C. Smith University men's and women's basketball programs would like to thank the fans, spectators, supporters, alumni, and whoever else has brought their energy to Brayboy Gymnasium to encourage our student-athletes and coaches. For those efforts, both programs would like to recognize those who contribute to “Brayboy Madness” as the JCSU Sixth Man of the Week.

Both teams already have a talented starting five on the court, but it's the energy from the crowd that provides a true disadvantage to the visiting opponents. JCSU men's basketball has celebrated three straight wins at home over CIAA rivalries, as well as earning conference honors for Coach, Player, and Newcomer of the Week.

This message is being delivered to acknowledge and show appreciation from both Golden Bulls basketball programs, thank you.

Let's bring that same dynamic strength this Saturday, January 19th against Fayetteville State University. The women's game is scheduled to tip-off at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men's game at approximately 7:30 p.m.
