JCSU CHARLOTTE ALUMNI CHAPTER SCHEDULES TWO UPCOMING ROAD TRIPS

Charlotte, NC – The Johnson C. Smith University Charlotte Alumni Chapter will be sponsoring two upcoming bus trips, including the Golden Bulls' first road game during the 2014 season against the University of West Georgia on Saturday, September 20th. First there will be a "Casino Day" trip to the Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort on Saturday, August 9th.
The cost for the "Casino Day" bus trip is estimated at $50.00, which includes transportation and $20.00 of casino chips. Departure is scheduled for Saturday, August 9th at 7:15 a.m. A luxurious 57 passenger motor coach with comfortable seating and Wi-FI will be the transportation.
The second trip will be in support of the Golden Bulls' football program during their first away game of the 2014 season. JCSU football will compete against the University of West Georgia on Saturday, September 20th. The cost for the bus trip is estimated at $70.00, which includes transportation, a game ticket, and t-shirt. Game time is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., departure time for the trip is 7:15 a.m.
The pick-up and departure location will be Brayboy Gymnasium on the campus of JCSU. Beverages and snacks will be served while watching movies on the ride to and from Cherokee as well as Georgia.
The mission of the Johnson C. Smith University Charlotte Alumni Chapter is to support the University by accomplishing the Association's objectives and purposes of fostering and maintaining a strong spirit of loyalty, support and cooperation among the alumni, friends, and former students of the University towards the programs and goals of their alma mater.

For those interested in the "Casino Day" trip, please pay the $50.00 fee to reserve a seat on the bus by July 17th. Those interested in the West Georgia Game Day trip, please pay the $70.00 fee to reserve a seat on the bus by August 30th.
