JCSU Visits Fayetteville State For Regionally Televised Contest

Charlotte, N.C. (Feb. 6, 2015) — The Johnson C. Smith men's basketball team will jump back into CIAA play after a week's rest to battle Fayetteville State for a regionally televised contest on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015.
The Golden Bulls (11-11, 5-6 CIAA) are coming off two big CIAA wins against Winston-Salem State (Jan. 28) and Shaw (Jan. 31). Fayetteville State (11-10, 5-6 CIAA) enters the contest coming off a 78-62 home win over St. Augustine's. The Broncos have lost three of their last four games, including a 91-84 loss to Winston-Salem State at Felton Arena.

Saturday's game will be televised on the Aspire Network and produced by the Urban Sports and Entertainment Group. Scott Pryzwansky will handle play-by-play duties with Stan Lewter providing commentary. The game will be available in the Charlotte television market on WAXN-TV.
Tipoff from the Felton J. Capel Arena is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
