JCSU Women's Tennis Blanks Fayetteville State, 6-0

Charlotte, N.C. (March 24, 2017) –The Johnson C. Smith University women's tennis team continued their hot streak as they downed Fayetteville State 6-0 in a CIAA road match on Thursday afternoon.

The Golden Bulls took all six singles matches in straight sets to notch their first shutout of the year.  The doubles matches were unfinished.

The win improves JCSU to 2-2 in CIAA play and 2-9 overall.

The Golden Bulls will return home this weekend to host the CIAA Roundup at the Coleman-Cuthbertson Courts. The first match will start at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, March 25.
