Led by
Malia Rivers' 12 points, the Golden Bulls kept pace with the 13th-ranked Lady Panthers, but could not overcome 17% field goal shooting in the second half and Virginia Union scoring runs in the second and third quarters. The Lady Panthers also scored 36 points off of JCSU's 29 turnovers.
JCSU falls to 4-9 overall and 1-2 in CIAA conference play. Virginia Union improves 11-1 overall and 2-1 in the CIAA.
