WBB defeats ECSU 67-60

ELIZABETH CITY, NC - The Johnson C. Smith Golden Bulls women's basketball team defeated the Vikings of Elizabeth City State University 67-60 Saturday afternoon in the R.L. Vaughan Center.
 
Le'Zarea Bowens led the Golden Bulls scoring with 17 points.
 
ECSU shot 61.5 percent from the field, 70 percent from behind the arc, and 35.7 percent at the line.
 
JCSU shot 42.9 percent from the field, 19 percent from behind the arc, and 69.2 percent at the line. 

The Golden Bulls will host Claflin in Charlotte, NC on Wednesday, January 15th. Tip off is slated for 5:30pm.
