Golden Bulls falls to Fayetteville State, 55-12

CHARLOTTE - Reggie Bryant and Tyreik Leach scored the Golden Bulls two touchdowns of the game, but JCSU came up short to the Broncos of Fayetteville State 55-12, at the Luther  N. Jeralds Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Golden Bulls drop to 0-6 on the season and 0-4 in CIAA play, while FSU improves to 5-1 and 4-0 on the year.
 
Leach rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown on seven attempts, while quarterback Antonio Wallace completed 7-for-12 passes for 86 yards and one interceptions.
 
The Golden Bulls collected 262 total yards, 176 in the air and 86 on the ground.

Defensively, Tywann Jackson paced the Golden Bulls with seven total tackles, including five solo and two assisted, while three other Golden Bulls collected five total tackles.
 
JCSU will look to recover with a final road trip of the season to Raleigh, North Carolina on October 23rd against Shaw with kickoff slated for 1 p.m.
