CHARLOTTE - The Johnson C. Smith University football team will make its way to Raleigh, North Carolina to face Shaw University on Saturday, Oct. 23 for its final road game of the 2021 season.
The Golden Bulls enters Saturday's contest with a 0-4 mark in the
CIAA and 0-2 in the Southern Division.
JCSU (0-6 overall) is coming off a 55-12 loss to Fayetteville State last weekend.
Tyreik Leach rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown on seven attempts, while quarterback
Antonio Wallace completed 7-for-12 passes for 86 yards and one interceptions.
Shaw enters Saturday's contest at 4-3 overall, 3-1 CIAA, 1-1 Southern Division. Most recently the Bears defeated Livingstone College 20-9 last Saturday.
Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. inside Baker Stadium on the campus of Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School.
