Men's Cross Country

JCSU HEADS TO ADIDAS XC CHALLENGE FRIDAY

CHARLOTTE - Both the Johnson C. Smith University men's and women's cross-country teams will be appearing in the Adidas XC Challenge held at the WakeMed Soccer Park Cross Country Course in Cary. 
The women's 5k race is slated to start at 5:40 p.m., followed by the men's 8k race at 6:20 p.m.

Friday's event will be the season opener for the Golden Bulls cross-country club for 2022. JCSU has a strong core coming back from a season and will look to improve upon last season's eighth place finish at the championship for both teams.

New head coach Carol Lawrence who enters her first season at the helm leads both men's and women's cross-country.
