CHARLOTTE – The Johnson C. Smith University women's bowling team will begin its 2023 portion of its schedule with the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Event II beginning Friday, Jan. 27 through Sunday, Jan. 29 at the OBX Bowling Center Lanes in Elizabeth City, N.C. 
 
On the opening day of the event, team matches will begin at 10:30 a.m., following a 8 a.m. start on Saturday and then the Baker matches on Sunday at 8:45 a.m.

The Golden Bulls have not competed since Nov. 14 at the CIAA Event I in which JCSU placed second in the division with a 7-5 overall record.
