CHARLOTTE, NC — Johnson C. Smith University women's basketball falls to Johnson & Wales, 70-58. 

Cameron led her team in scoring with 19 points. 
 

The first quarter set the tone for the game, with Johnson C. Smith struggling from the field, shooting only 20 percent, but they managed to find their rhythm as the game progressed. The second quarter saw an improvement in their shooting performance, particularly from beyond the arc, with Ciara Harris sinking a crucial three-pointer. The team's tenacity continued in the third quarter, shooting over 40percent from the field. 
 

Jordan Durant led the charge for Johnson & Wales, scoring 20 points, including four three-pointers. Aimee Evans and Jamway Blakeney also made significant contributions, each adding 14 points to the team's total.
