Bracket set for 2023 CIAA Women's Tennis Championship

CHARLOTTE - The Johnson C. Smith University women's tennis team earned the No. 3 seed in the 2023 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women's Tennis Championship and will face the rival the No. 6 seed Livingstone College blue Bears Friday, Apr. 21 at 12 noon.

The tournament is free and open to the public.

This year's CIAA Tennis Championship will be held on the campus of Virginia State University at the VSU Tennis Complex. The winner between JCSU and LC will face the winner the No. 2 seed Virginia State and the No. 7 seed Virginia Union on Saturday, Apr. 22.

The match format will consist of three doubles followed by six singles (3-6 format).
