Ettrick, VA – For the sixth straight year, Shaw University Lady Bears and Johnson C. Smith University Golden Bulls battled for the CIAA Women's Tennis title Saturday afternoon.
Shaw defeated JCSU 4-0, to capture the 2024 CIAA title.  
 

CIAA Player of the Year Anja Antonijevic who earned the win in the third slot by the score of 6-0, 5-0 also came away with tournament MVP honors.  
 

With the win, Shaw will now take an automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Tournament.
