If you purchased your tickets in advance and your ticket(s) were sent to will call, please login to your TicketReturn account to manage your tickets and add them to your wallet or print them at home.   

*You MUST have a game ticket to enter the Game Zone and Tailgate*  

To park on campus, you must purchase your ticket online with your game day ticket Prior to arriving on campus. We will NOT be accepting cash on game day.   

Our parking inventory is very limited, so it is imperative that you purchase prior to arriving on campus.   

Each parking location is loaded into the system. TC (technology center next to Seabrook Hall), Brayboy (Season pass and ADA parking), Greenfield and New Res Overflow can all be accessed through the main security gate at 100 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216. You must show proof of purchase once you enter campus.

We strongly encourage ride sharing such as Uber or Lyft to JCSU Campus  

You can also ride the light rail from Uptown to front of main campus entrance  

  

Irwin Belk Complex:  

All guests are subject to search   

All guests must have a valid game day ticket to enter into the game zone and IBC stadium  

Clear bag policy: All bags should be clear 12" X 12" or smaller  

Spectators may only bring food or beverages from the food trucks in the game zone into IBC.  

Binoculars with lenses 12" or smaller will be permitted; however, camera cases are prohibited  

Video cameras and camcorders are prohibited for all games  

Headphone, radios and cellular phones are permitted  

Small back packs, purses and small diaper bags are permitted  

Umbrellas are prohibited; however, ponchos are permitted  

Metal poles on flags are prohibited  

NO Flags, signs, or noise makers are permitted  

Check weather prior to arrival  

Stay hydrated and take your medications  

Street Closure:  

N Summit Ave and Martin St, Frazier Ave and Wake St will all close by 8am  

Tailgaters are asked to arrive no later than 10am  

After 8am, all tailgaters and Elon parking must be accessed by using Oaklawn Ave and Andrill Terr to 700 N Summit Ave.   

You will have to show your game ticket, parking ticket, tailgate ticket or vendor ticket to access this area  

Visting Team Bus:  

Team, Band and Cheer will be allowed to unload and load at IBC complex driveway

   ACCESSIBLE SEATING 
   Accessible seating is available. Contact the Athletics Ticket Office for more information.  
     
   CONCESSIONS 
   Concessions are available 90 minutes before kickoff, offering a variety of food and drink options.  
    
   CONDUCT/EJECTION 
   Guests must maintain respectful conduct. Those who disrupt the game or violate rules may be ejected without refund.  
    
   DRONES 
   The operation of drones, model aircraft, or any other remote-controlled flying devices is strictly prohibited inside Irwin Belk Complex and in the surrounding parking lots.
    
   ELECTRONIC TICKET SCANNING 
   All tickets will be scanned electronically for authenticity upon entry.  
    
   EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES 
   Medical personnel are available throughout the stadium. Notify staff or an officer for assistance.  
    
   FIELD ACCESS 
   Only authorized credentialed personnel are permitted on the field.  
    
   LOST AND FOUND 
   Located at the ticket office; unclaimed items after the game will be taken to the Athletics Office.  
     
   NO RE-ENTRY POLICY 
   No re-entry is allowed once a ticket is scanned.
   
   PROHIBITED ITEMS
   To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are prohibited inside Irwin Belk Complex:  
       Alcoholic beverages  
       Insulated tumblers 
       Baby seats/strollers  
       Backpacks (except for medical or childcare needs)

       Explosives, guns, knives, or weapons

       Noisemakers  
       Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vapes

   RESTROOMS 
   Restrooms are available throughout the concourse.  
   
   TAILGATING 
   Tailgating begins when parking lots open. All activities must comply with university policies.   
   
   UMBRELLA POLICY
   Umbrellas are prohibited in the stadium.  
   
   WATER FOUNTAINS
   Located throughout the concourses. 
   
   WEATHER 
   In case of inclement weather, follow instructions from stadium staff or the public address system.
