Busy Weekend for JCSU Athletics

CHARLOTTE – The Johnson C. Smith men's and women's cross country teams will compete in the Pfeiffer Invitational on Friday, September 12 hosted by Pfeiffer University. The women's 5K race will begin at 6:00p.m., while the men's 8K race will start at 6:45 p.m.
 
The JCSU volleyball team will open the 2025 home season and host the Panthers of Clark Atlanta on Friday, September 12, inside Brayboy Gym, that match will begin at 6:00 p.m.
 
On Saturday, September 13, the volleyball team will travel to Salem, North Carolina to take on Johnson & Wales and host school Salem College in a double header. The Golden Bulls will face Salem College at 11:00 a.m., then Johnson & Wales at 2:00 p.m.
 
The #23 ranked Golden Bulls football team hits the road to Elizabeth City, North Carolina to take on the Vikings of Elizabeth City State University, on September 13, kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., inside Roebuck Stadium.
