Llaneros de Guarico (LPB) has landed 26-year old American power forward Emilio Parks . He moved there from Indios de Mayaguez in Puerto Rican BSN league where he started the season. In 9 games he averaged just 2.6ppg and 2.4rpg this season.  Parks is expected to become a starter at strong forward.

Among other achievements Parks' team won TRBL Western Conference Regular Season in 2016. He received also Asia-Basket.com All-Indonesian IBL Honorable Mention award in 2018.

Parks is described as "a very experienced player and thanks to pro basketball he has experienced life in five different countries playing on four different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Parks has played previously professionally in Argentina (Asociacion Mitre Tucuman), Luxembourg (Bascharage), Indonesia (Bima Perkasa) and TRBL (HoopForLyfe).

He attended Johnson C. Smith University until 2015 earning multiple conference honors.

This will be Parks' fourth season in pro basketball.
