Volleyball to play twice at Morris College Tri-Match

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Coming off a 3-2 loss to Benedict for their season opener over the weekend, the Johnson C. Smith University women's volleyball team will travel to Sumter, S.C. for a pair of games on Saturday afternoon at Morris College Tri-Match.

The Golden Bulls will challenge the Hornets of Morris College in a 11 a.m. match before taking the court against the Rams of Columbia International at 1 p.m.

Both matches will be played on the campus of Morris College. 

Last time Taylor Smith notched a team-best of 14 kills, while hitting .565. Wells followed with 13 kills on the afternoon while Meqkylih Smith had seven kills. Elyse Bonnett led JCSU with 21 assists and teammate Joi Haywood had 24 digs in the loss.
