Golden Bulls season final against Saint Augustine's

CHARLOTTE - The Johnson C. Smith volleyball team (5-11) dropped their final home game Monday evening to Saint Augustine's University (7-9) inside Brayboy Gym, 3-1. 
 
The Falcons took the last three sets after JCSU won the first 25-17, 17-25, 23-25 and 25-20.  
 
The Golden Bulls will be back in action Tuesday when they take on Shaw University at the CIAA Championships. Shaw is the number one seed and will host the Golden Bulls who finished in eighth.
 
Daivez Bell led the JCSU with 17 kills. Monique Reid led in digs with 22. Right behind Reid was Rebecca Washington with 14 digs.
