JCSU Placed Third in Golf

CHARLOTTE – The Johnson C. Smith University men's golf team concluded play at the Golden Bulls Shootout in third place at the Cutter Creek Golf Course. Livingstone shot a one-day total of 640 (36 hole) to place in the top three on the Par 72, 6,802-yard course.

Livingstone edged Fayetteville State University with a total score of 580 to grab the win in the shootout.

Isaiah Nickerson shot eight-over 72 on Tuesday to finish with a score of 152. Aaron Allen shot 159, followed by Dylan Mauricette (161), Miles Moore (168) Cameron Speights shot (170) as an individual and Isaiah Trollinger shot (177).
 
Winston-Salem State finished fourth in the match.
