CHARLOTTE — Johnson C. Smith University golf team compete in the final round of the Bridgestone HBCU Invitational placing in fourth. Miles College, placed first with a team total of 902 (+38) over three rounds.

Winston-Salem State was 918 (+21) final round. Morehouse finished with a score of 923 on the final day secured them a third-place finish.

JCSU finished with a final round 340 (+52), while LeMoyne-Owen rounded out the field, with 364.
 
D'Yanni Rhyne finished third and shot a 221 and was +3, behind the leader. In his first round he shot a low of 68.
