Volleyball pickup a win at CIAA Roundup #2

Elizabeth City, N.C.- - Johnson C. Smith University women's volleyball team picked up a win in part two of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Round-Up held at the R.L. Vaughan Center.

The Golden Bulls defeated Lincoln University (Pa.) in a 3-0 victory.

In the win Camri Goodwin tallied 16 kills and 11 digs. Yasmine Cannon dished out 25 dimes on the day.

JCSU fell 3-0 to the Trojans of Virginia State and as well as the Vikings of Elizabeth City State.

The Golden Bulls will return to action on Thursday Oct. 19 hosting Fayetteville State in Brayboy Gymnasium. First volley is for 6 p.m.
