Women's Volleyball Set to Host Clinton College Monday for 2024 Home Opener

CHARLOTTE -- The Johnson C. Smith University women's volleyball team will open its slate of 2024 home matches beginning on Monday, Sept. 9 inside Brayboy Gymnasium when the Golden Bulls welcome the Bears of Clinton College at 6:00 p.m.

Monday's match will be the first season for head coach Da'Nesha Miller who came on board to lead the program.
 
The Golden Bulls was voted 10th out of 12 teams in the 2024 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Conference Preseason Poll. Atop the preseason poll sits Shaw, Fayetteville State and Elizabeth City State as rankings one through three, respectively. 

Three team members were named to the pre-season team, outside hitter Eliana Moultrie, setter Yasmine Cannon, and utility Arliya Bennermen.
