CHARLOTTE - The Johnson C. Smith University men's and women's basketball teams will travel to Elizabeth City , N.C. to take on the Vikings of Elizabeth City State University in a CIAA Cross Division doubleheader at the R.L. Vaughan Center on Thursday, Jan. 9.

Tipoff is 5:30 p.m., for the women and 7:30 p.m., for the men.
 
Since the new year, this is the second straight road game for both teams.
 
Last time out the women's team fell to Virginia State 54-53, while the men fell to the Trojans, 75-68.
