Winston-Salem, N.C. –The Johnson C. Smith University women's track team tied in eighth scoring 12 points in the two-day CIAA Indoor Track Championships held at JDL Complex.
 
Nijah Lewis placed sixth in the Women's 60m with a time of 7.76 and sixth in the Women's Long Jump with a mark of 5.21m. Gabrielle Maye and Abigail Wicks placed seventh and eighth respectively in the Women's 400m. Maye ran 58.32 and Wicks ran a time of 58.46.
