Box Score The JCSU Women snaped a 5-game losing streak with a win over the Aggies of North Carolina A&T. The Aggies began the game with a 9-0 run to end the first quarter leading 15-9. The Golden Bulls took advantage of a 4 minute Aggie scoring drought to lead A&T by 1, 26-27, 4 minutes into the 3rd quarter. Both teams exchanged baskets before the Aggies fought back to go ahead by 3 to end the 3rd quarter, 39-36.

JCSU's leading scorer Le'Zarea Bowens (11 points) opened the 4th period with a basket to reduce the Aggies lead to 1, 39-38. 4 minutes later, Dejane James put JCSU up for good with a steal and resulting score.

The Golden Bulls improve to 1-5 on the season.

The JCSU Women next travel to Lincoln University (P.A.) to square off against the Lions on Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m.
