CHARLOTTE - The Johnson C. Smith University Track & Field team competed in the Gamecock Invitational this weekend hosted by the University of South Carolina

Men's Results

• Terry Towah took 3rd in the 400 meters with a time of 49.29
• JCSU took 2nd in the 4x400 relay at 3:12.16
• Stephan Dill was 9th overall in the 100 meters, finishing at 10.90

Women's Results

• Jordyn Head placed 5^th in the 100 meters with a time of 12.10
• Trinity Bellamy-Reid took 9^th in the 400 meters with a time of 1:00.77
• JCSU took 5^th in the 4x100 relay with a time of 49.96
• Jydia placed 7^th in the Long jump with a mark of 5.33m
• Dominique Knowles placed 8^th in the High jump with a mark of 1.55m
